We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Available delivery addresses and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia is free when the merchandise subtotal is $49 or more after discounts; otherwise shipping is $7.99. Prices and charges are in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
Where Orders Ship From
Our kits are made by our manufacturing partner and shipped directly from Fujian, China.
Custom Production and Delivery
Every kit is made from your photo and includes artwork preparation, review and production before dispatch. Timing depends on your artwork, production queue, destination and carrier. We do not guarantee a delivery date. If a gift has a deadline, contact [email protected] before ordering.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. A created shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has scanned the parcel yet. If tracking is unclear or stops updating, email us with your order and tracking numbers.
Address Changes
Check your shipping address before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after packing or carrier handoff. Additional delivery costs may apply if an incorrect address causes a parcel to be returned or require reshipment.
Customs and Duties
For deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, we cover customs duties and import taxes, so no additional customs duties or import taxes are due on delivery. A bank currency conversion fee is separate. Contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected charge.
Delays or Missing Parcels
Customs inspections, weather, carrier disruption and high order volumes can affect timing. Contact us for a stalled, returned, missing or delivered-but-not-received parcel. We will investigate with the carrier and review a replacement, refund or another practical resolution if it is confirmed lost or undeliverable.
Delivery Limits
Some carriers cannot serve PO boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders or remote areas. If an accepted address cannot be served, we will contact you about an alternative or cancellation.
