What comes in my kit?
A custom numbered canvas, matching acrylic paints, brushes and a reference guide. Choose rolled canvas or a stretched canvas upgrade. Any selected extras are shown in your order.
Which photos work best?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the subject in focus and large enough to see facial or fur detail. Avoid heavy filters, dark shadows, screenshots and very busy backgrounds. A larger canvas can help when there are several subjects.
Can I use a pet, couple or family photo?
Yes. They use the same custom product. Make sure the main subjects are clear and reasonably large in the photo. Fine details and tiny distant faces may need simplification.
Which size should I choose?
Small is 30 × 40 cm, medium is 40 × 50 cm and large is 50 × 60 cm. Portrait and landscape orientations are available; landscape swaps the width and height. Medium is selected by default. Consider a larger canvas for group photos or detailed scenes.
What is the difference between rolled and stretched canvas?
Rolled canvas arrives without a support frame. Stretched canvas is mounted on a wooden support frame. A decorative outer picture frame is not included.
How many colors should I choose?
Choose 24, 36 or 48 colors. More colors allow finer shading but can create more small areas to paint. The suitable choice depends on the photo, canvas size and the level of detail you enjoy.
Is the preview the exact finished painting?
No. The on-site photo preview shows your selected image and crop, not a generated numbered pattern or a finished painting. Sample artwork is illustrative. The final numbered canvas is prepared for paintability, and colors can differ between screens, printed canvas and acrylic paints. Examples on the website are illustrative customization samples, not customer reviews or guarantees of an identical result.
Do I need painting experience?
The numbered sections match the numbered paints, so you can work one area at a time. Start with a simpler photo if you prefer larger areas and fewer fine details.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
Shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia is free when the merchandise subtotal is $49 or more after discounts; otherwise shipping is $7.99. Prices and charges are in US dollars. Read the Shipping Policy for details.
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on artwork preparation, production and delivery location. Contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive gift. We do not guarantee a delivery date.
Can I cancel or return a custom kit?
Your kit is made to order. Once production starts, it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Shipping damage, quality problems, production errors, wrong items and missing parts are covered. Contact support immediately for a cancellation request. See the Refund & Return Policy.
How are my photos used?
Photos are private order materials used to prepare previews and produce your kit. They are not published in marketing without permission. See our Privacy Policy.
