Paint by Numbers Custom is operated by YoFane Limited, Hong Kong. This policy describes how we handle information for our photo-to-paint-by-numbers store.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide for shopping and support: your name, email, billing and shipping address, order selections, uploaded photos, preview choices and messages. We also process payment status and transaction references, device/browser information, cookies and security logs. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored on our servers.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the store, accept payments, prepare previews and custom artwork, review and produce kits, ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with recordkeeping and other legal obligations.
Private Photos
Uploaded photos and photo previews are private order materials used to prepare and produce your custom kit. Artwork and relevant order information may be shared with our artwork preparation, production and fulfillment providers. We do not sell customer photos or publish photos, previews or likenesses in marketing without permission.
Service Providers and International Processing
We use service providers for hosting, payment processing, email, security, artwork preparation, printing, shipping and customer support. Information may be processed in Hong Kong, mainland China and other countries where these providers operate. Providers receive information needed for their operational role.
Storage and Deletion
We retain photos, previews and order records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping duties. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or payment-dispute reasons.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart, session and checkout working. Other cookies or similar tools may be used for preferences, site performance or marketing measurement when enabled. You can control cookies through your browser and any consent controls offered on the site. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout.
Photos of Other People and Children
Upload photos only when you have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from a parent or guardian where appropriate. Photos of children are handled as private order materials and are not reused publicly without permission.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. No online system can guarantee perfect security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, order or photo.
