Using the Store
Provide accurate account, payment and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.
Orders and Payment
Your order total, selected options and available shipping are shown before payment. We may contact you if an upload is unsuitable, information is missing or an order cannot be fulfilled. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may charge separate conversion fees.
Custom Artwork and Previews
The product is a physical kit made from your uploaded photo and selected specifications. The on-site photo preview shows your selected image and crop, not a generated numbered pattern or a finished painting. Sample artwork is illustrative. The final numbered canvas is prepared for paintability, and colors can differ between screens, printed canvas and acrylic paints. You should use a clear photo and review any preview before ordering. An illustration on this site is not a promise that every input photo will produce the same level of detail.
Photo Rights and Permission
You must have permission to use any photo, likeness or other material you upload. You retain your rights in that material and give us permission to process it as needed for previews, artwork preparation, production, fulfillment and support. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, hateful, explicit, infringing or unauthorized material. We may refuse an upload or order that cannot be lawfully or suitably produced.
Materials and Variations
The kit includes the components described on the product page. Canvas texture, packaging and equivalent components may vary between production batches without reducing the kit’s intended function. Screen colors and final paint colors can differ.
Production and Shipping
Custom kits require artwork preparation and production before dispatch. Available destinations and charges appear at checkout. Read the Shipping Policy and contact us before ordering if a date is important. We do not guarantee a delivery date.
Cancellations, Returns and Problems
Your kit is made to order. Once production starts, it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Shipping damage, quality problems, production errors, wrong items and missing parts are covered. Cancellation requests should be sent within 12 hours of purchase and before production begins, whichever comes first. See the Refund & Return Policy for the complete process.

Photo uploads and customer information are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Our brand, website design and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Product examples do not imply sponsorship or affiliation with a person, artist, brand or other rights holder.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the store changes; the version published when an order is placed applies to that order.
